Join author Christina Young in a discussion that weaves together cognitive science and real life experience. Learn how to support executive function skills at home, and how they relate to your child’s academic success. Attendees will receive a copy of the book.
Christina Young is a licensed mental health and school counselor. She draws on 15 years of experience as a counselor, academic coach, and teacher to help young learners strengthen performance while improving mindfulness and overall wellbeing. As Director of Student Life at Riverdale Country School, she chairs the counseling department and facilitates health and wellbeing programs. Christina is also an ADHD coach at Hallowell Center NYC.
