Christina Young, MS.Ed, LPC is a licensed mental health and school counselor with 15 years of experience as a counselor, life coach, yoga and mindfulness teacher, classroom teacher and learning specialist. Christina helps individuals and organizations strengthen performance while improving mindfulness and overall wellbeing. As director of student life, she facilitates and develops health and wellbeing programs at Riverdale Country School. Christina is also an experienced speaker and workshop leader and the author of Executive Functions at Home and School: Six Skills Young Learners Need to Succeed.
Christina creates and leads workshops on the overlap of executive functions, mindfulness, and sustained achievement over time. She tailors her work to meet the needs of the individual school or organization. She facilitates productive group discussions and presents at both parent and professional development events.
